The Apple 61W USB-C Power Adapter provides 12 watts (5 volts 2.4 amps), 27 watts (9 volts 3 amps), and 60 watts (20 volts 3 amps) using USB Power Delivery as analyzed in this review. Using software from Granite River Labs to look at the capabilities of the cable, we see that it just supports charging and USB 2.0 speeds. The 13" MacBook Pro (Late 2016) simply comes with an Apple 61W USB-C Power Adapter which uses USB Power Delivery for charging as well a USB Type-C to Type-C cable to connect between the charger and Mac.
